1. How do I set up the app?
Two ways: the companion app on your phone, or the remote control that comes in the box. The remote is handy for quick changes; the app is where the fun is.
2. How long does installation take?
Minutes, not hours. The strands come joined at the top in a cone shape — you hang the bracket at the top of your tree and let the strands fall. No wrapping strand by strand, no untangling.
3. What comes in the box?
The light strands, a U-shape bracket for the treetop, a bar support, velcro straps and cable ties. Everything you need to hang them.
4. How many effects are there?
Over 60 built-in scenes, and not just Christmas — there are modes for Halloween, Valentine's Day and a countdown timer too, so the lights earn their place beyond December.
5. Can I create my own designs?
Yes. DIY mode gives you a grid in the app where you colour each bulb individually from 16 million colours. Draw a pattern, save it, switch to it whenever you like.
6. Do the lights react to music?
Yes — there's a built-in microphone, so the lights pulse and change with whatever is playing in the room.
7. How long will delivery take?
